EAST BRIDGEWATER — Central School Building Committee advances project with design approvals and invoice authorization. The committee voted unanimously to approve project invoices reviewed by the finance subcommittee and to select regular flooring for the Lightwell design over a more expensive translucent option, with both designs approved by the Massachusetts School Building Authority. A $35 million bond anticipation note will be issued in August to cover project costs for the coming year.
The project continues on budget and on schedule, with early bid packages for site work, foundations, and structural steel framing planned for the coming months.
