Committee plans Memorial Day observance with speaker system, anniversary lights

East Bridgewater Patriotic Activities Committee plans Memorial Day enhancements for May 25. Chair Paul L. Connell presided over the committee, which unanimously approved prior minutes and assigned members to research equipment upgrades.
Committee Clerk Dalphina Rogers will obtain cost estimates for four quality speakers to be installed on the Town Common, while Committee Member Melissa Blood will research red, white, and blue lighting as a commemoration of the nation's 250th anniversary. Flags will again be displayed around the Common through July 4.
