Conservation Commission approves conditions on development projects

East Bridgewater Conservation Commission approves determinations and conditions on seven applications. The Commission unanimously approved four negative determinations for new applications at its April 27 hearing and closed hearings on two continued projects with Orders of Conditions. A 3-family home received an Order requiring stormwater maintenance; a garage and ADU project received requirements for a chain-link fence with conservation markers and a performance bond of 125 percent of the highest wetland consultant quote to ensure replication work completion.
A pond project was continued to May 26 pending DEP file issuance, with abutter George Doucette expressing concerns about wetland restoration completion.
