EAST BRIDGEWATER — Conservation Commission approves pool and patio at 95 Hayward Road with wetlands safeguards. The Commission unanimously issued an Order of Conditions for applicant Henry Mitchell Jr.'s above-ground pool and patio, requiring a 16-inch berm between the pool and nearby wetlands to prevent direct discharge of chlorinated water into resource areas. An abutter from 85 Hayward Road raised concerns about pool safety and impacts to wetlands.

The Commission also continued a hearing for a proposed two-family duplex at 457 Bedford Street to July 27, 2026, and issued three Certificates of Compliance and one Emergency Certification for other properties.
