Conservation Commission approves three residential permits

East Bridgewater Conservation Commission votes unanimously to approve three residential property permits. Chair Claire Yocum and members Craig Winsor, Steven Sears, Paul Damon, and Andrew Heath issued Orders of Conditions for projects at 51 Stonegate Drive (inground pool and shed), 1512 Washington Street (addition and septic upgrade), and 713 Bridge Street (septic upgrade and driveway reconfiguration). The commission required an additional dewatering pit for the Stonegate property.
A fourth hearing on a detached garage and accessory dwelling unit at 95 Hayward Road was continued to February 23.
