East Bridgewater recorded nine property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only three deeds listed a sale price, ranging from $637 to $750 with a median of $649. The top disclosed sale was 541 Bedford St. at $750, sold by Michael W. and Katie R. O'Farrell to Herbert Heinz Stelzer. Four of the nine deeds moved property between owners and themselves as trustees, a common estate-planning pattern that typically carries no listed price. With two-thirds of the period's deeds undisclosed and no street-level concentration, the data available offers limited basis for characterizing overall market tone.
