Five of 12 East Bridgewater deeds disclose sale prices in quiet late-summer stretch
Plymouth County records show 12 East Bridgewater property deeds recorded between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only five disclosed a sale price, ranging from $490 to $975 with a median of $700. The month's top disclosed sale with a listed address was 80 Northbridge Drive at $975, sold by Cheryl and Robert Maguire to Daniel and Julie Chisholm. Bedford Street saw three separate transfers, more than any other street, including two adjoining properties sold together to the same buyer trust. More than half of all recorded deeds carried no disclosed price, limiting what the raw count alone shows about market conditions.
