East Bridgewater Housing Authority approves patio project change orders and contract extension. The board unanimously approved two change orders totaling $5,518.58 for patio construction at 689 Prospect Street, including work on bollards and a new PVC railing. The Housing Authority also voted unanimously to extend its plumbing and heating services contract with Robert W.
Irvine & Sons, Inc. through January 15, 2027. With only two apartment vacancies as of January 31 and 25,078 applicants on the waiting list, the authority approved maintenance reports showing 67 of 72 work orders completed in January.
