East Bridgewater Housing Authority approves three change orders for bathroom and kitchen repairs. The board unanimously backed electrical, plumbing, and HVAC additions totaling $4,032.49 for Project 083087 at 705-1. Chair Christine Butler and the board also approved a no-cost 70-day extension for the 689 Patio Construction project due to weather and authorized Executive Director Sherry Guilbault to finalize the Slider Doors Phase 1 contract at 667-2 pending architect recommendation.
The authority reported three vacant apartments as of March 31, 2026, and a waiting list of 25,348 applicants.
