Housing Authority Awards $35,600 Bathroom Renovation Contract

East Bridgewater Housing Authority unanimously awards $35,600 bathroom and kitchen renovation contract. Chair Christine Butler and the five-member board approved the award to Madeira Construction for Unit 64 repairs following receipt of twelve bids reviewed by KR Architecture & Interiors. Executive Director Sherry Guilbault reported one apartment vacancy as of December 31, 2025, with 24,809 applicants on the waitlist.
The Authority's FYE25 audit found zero findings and the board unanimously approved a State-Aided Property Insurance Program Participation Agreement through November 2026.
