East Bridgewater Library Board approves routine reports as circulation rises. The Library Board of Trustees approved the March Scribe's Report and Director's Report at its April 13 meeting, with Director Karen Urbec reporting circulation gains and the library's enrollment in the Massachusetts environmental monitoring program, providing free sensors for temperature and humidity tracking in archival storage areas. New community groups are applying to use library spaces.
The board noted that the director's evaluation survey had been distributed to staff for results expected at the May meeting. Friends of the Library reported a current balance of $17,106.79 following successful book sales. The board recognized trustee JoAnn Landry's three years of service.
