EAST BRIDGEWATER — The Patriotic Activities Committee agreed to borrow Kiwanis Club fencing to address trash at a parade staging area. Paul L. Connell, chair, and Dalphina Rogers, clerk, led the committee's discussions on Veterans Day parade preparations.

Rather than fund cleanup services on the privately owned access road, the committee opted to use temporary fencing from the Kiwanis Club to conceal the accumulated trash. The committee planned to coordinate with the Tri Town Committee, with joint meetings to begin in late September or early October.
