EAST BRIDGEWATER — The Planning Board voted unanimously to recommend a 12-month moratorium on data center zoning amendments. At the September 21 public hearing, the Board recommended passing over Article 2 and said it will refine the definition and work with residents to create a data center bylaw, after residents raised concerns about water consumption and farm community impacts.
