School building committee approves $4.3 million construction amendment

EAST BRIDGEWATER — The Central School Building Committee unanimously approved a $4.3 million construction management amendment during its May 12 meeting. The amendment brings the revised CM contract to $4,346,566, covering general conditions and site work. The committee also unanimously approved April project invoices of $762,187.55, all within budget.
Site work is underway with material importation and water control construction progressing; CD60 drawings are due June 2, and Massachusetts School Building Authority reconciliation is scheduled for June 23-26.
