East Bridgewater Select Board approves coffee shop license and adjusts office hours. The board voted unanimously to grant a Common Victualler License to The Boundless Bean, managed by Elena Hogan, at 635 Plymouth Street, with owners Tommy and Elena Hogan planning to offer treats and healthy options for YMCA members and the public. The board also adjusted town office hours effective March 2 and March 6, with Town Hall closing at 7 p.m. on Mondays and the Council on Aging at 12 p.m. on Fridays.
The coffee shop, in a space formerly used for physical therapy, is expected to open in April.
