The board unanimously backed revisions to employee benefits, travel reimbursement, and leave policies presented by Assistant Town Administrator Rebecca Johnson on behalf of the Personnel Policy Review Committee. Approved changes include monthly sick leave accrual, expanded bereavement leave for domestic partners and household relatives, and clarified travel reimbursement procedures.
