EAST BRIDGEWATER — Select Board approves two new committees and appoints Council on Aging replacement. The board unanimously accepted Helen Bomar's resignation from the Council on Aging and appointed Nancy Hill to fill the vacancy through June 30, 2027. Carole Julius, Chair in the roster but Vice-Chair, was designated Select Board Liaison to both the newly established Personnel Policy Review Committee and the Wellness and Engagement Committee.
Town Administrator Charles Seelig confirmed the three-year clerical contract includes wage re-openers for fiscal years 2027 and 2028 starting July 1, and building hours will shift effective March 2 for Town Hall and March 6 for the Council on Aging.
