EAST BRIDGEWATER — The Traffic Advisory Committee rejected a four-way stop recommendation at Plymouth and Bridge Streets, finding the roadway configuration could worsen rather than improve safety. Jenkins committed to monitoring speeding concerns on Summit Drive and deploying temporary speed signs to register average traffic speeds over a two to three-week period.
