East Bridgewater Deed Filings Show Few Disclosed Prices, Notable Trust Transfers

East Bridgewater recorded eight property deeds between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only two disclosed a sale price: $449 for 78 Cheryl Drive and $660 for 74 Sherwood Circle, the period's top sale, sold by D Development Group LLC. The median of the two disclosed prices was $554. At least five of the eight transfers -- at Rolling Hills Drive, Marjan Drive, Tardie Terrace, Arista Road and Forest Trail -- show the same individuals as both seller and buyer, consistent with family trust, estate or name-correction transfers rather than open-market sales, which likely explains the low rate of disclosed pricing this period.
