Board endorses Winter Street property division plan

East Bridgewater Planning Board approves Winter Street property split. The board voted unanimously to endorse the Form A application for 425 Winter Street for division into two residential lots, conditioned on the applicant adding a wetland boundary line to the site plan before final approval, after Vice Chairman Roy Gardner noted the feature had been omitted from the revised plan. The board also scheduled three public hearings for April 6 on accessory dwelling units, MBTA zoning law, and a North Bedford Street overlay district, following the state Attorney General's rejection of the board's previous ADU bylaw language that had restricted the units to the Ri residential district only.
